By using adsnow.in you agree to these terms. AdSnow is a platform that lets users post and browse classified advertisements. We are an intermediary and do not own, sell, or inspect the items advertised.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under Indian law.

2. Posting rules

You agree not to post ads that are illegal or that involve, among other things:

• Weapons, ammunition, explosives or drugs.
• Counterfeit, stolen or recalled goods.
• Adult or sexual services, or content harmful to minors.
• Wildlife, prescription medicines, or other regulated items.
• Fraud, scams, “advance fee” offers, or misleading claims.

All ads are screened (including by automated AI review) and may be rejected or removed at our discretion, with or without notice.

3. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for your ads and your dealings with other users. AdSnow does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items, the truth of listings, or the ability of users to complete a transaction. Transact carefully.

4. Intermediary status

AdSnow acts as an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules. We are not a party to transactions between users.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdSnow is not liable for any loss arising from use of the platform or dealings with other users.

6. Grievances

Complaints about content or users may be sent to our Grievance Officer (see the Grievance Officer page).

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Indian courts.
